These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Global Live Tracker ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use any feature involving live trading, financial data, or paid plans. Read-only public surfaces (map, news, weather) are available without an account.

2. The Service

Global Live Tracker is an information and analytics platform that aggregates live world signals (flights, ships, satellites, weather, disasters, conflict events, market data) and provides optional paper- and live-trading tooling on top of third-party brokerage and exchange APIs. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not custody funds. Live trading uses credentials you provide and routes orders directly to the third-party venue you connect.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose security risk.

4. Plans and payments

Free plans grant limited access. Paid plans (Pro and above) unlock features such as live trading, additional AI analyst calls, and higher rate limits. Pricing and feature limits are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Live trading — risk acknowledgment

Live trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. By enabling live mode you confirm you have read the in-product Risk Disclosure dialog and accept all market, counterparty, and technology risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not provide investment advice. AI-generated analysis is informational only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or the kill-switch;
  • scrape data outside published API budgets;
  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, market-manipulative, or abusive purposes;
  • reverse engineer or interfere with the security of the Service;
  • run automated trading from a region we have geo-blocked.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including (non-exhaustive): Supabase (database, auth, storage), OpenRouter (AI inference), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and the brokerage/exchange APIs you connect (e.g. Alpaca, Saxo, KuCoin, Polymarket). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

All product code, design, copy, AI-generated personas, and proprietary data are owned by us or our licensors. Public market data, news, and signals remain owned by their respective sources and are surfaced under each source's terms.

9. User content

If you upload content (notes, theses, watchlists), you retain ownership and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. NOTHING ON THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD 100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from /settings/privacy (30-day grace period applies before deletion). We may terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which our operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except where local consumer law grants you a different forum.
